Hey guys. It’s been a long while since I last posted a guide. This one is for those of you who want cooking exp and want to make some money in the process. I think this method can be easily botted, since it just requires you to put together ingredients at a bank. I got this method from The RSMG (The Runescape Millionaires Guide), but I’m posting a quick & shortened summary here for the smart people of Sythe.
1. Purchase an equal amount of Baked Potato, Pat of Butter, Cooked sweetcorn, Tuna and Bowl (~400 of each for every hour you want to do this method).
2. Withdraw 14 Baked Potato and 14 Pats of butter. Combine and make all of your potatoes become Potato with Butter.
3. Now withdraw 9 Bowl, Sweetcorn, and Tuna. Chop up the sweetcorn.
4. While the sweetcorn is chopping, use the first chopped sweetcorn with the tuna to make 9 Sweetcorn w/ Tuna. Your bowls will be used up in the process, and you will end up with 9 Sweetcorn w/ Tuna. Keep doing this until all of your bowls, tuna, and sweetcorn have been converted into Sweetcorn with Tuna.
5. Now withdraw 14 Potato with butter and 14 Sweetcorn with Tuna. Combine all of them until they all become Tuna Potato.

Tuna potatoes are high healing items that can be eaten in one-click. For this reason, they are popular amongst players participating in PK'ing and for players going up against mid-tiered boss monsters.
However, they aren't the easiest thing to make because of all the ingredients required to make them. That's why this item is usually in high demand, and generates profit when it's prepared. And since there's no actual cooking for this method, you won't burn anything!
Method
Purchase a desired amount of Baked Potato, Pat of Butter, Cooked sweetcorn, Tuna and Bowl in an equal proportion (for example, if you buy 400 Baked Potato, then buy 400 of the other four items). If you have 47 summoning, purchase two Magpie pouches for every hour that you plan on using this method.
Start off at a one-click bank such as Castle Wars or Soul Wars. Take out a magpie pouch and summon the magpie. This familiar will collect gems for you while you use this method, thus increasing your hourly profits.
With the magpie summoned, withdraw 14 Baked Potato and 14 Pat of Butter. Use the butter on the potato to make 14 potato with butter. Keep doing this until all of your baked potatoes are Potato with Butter.
Once that's done, withdraw 14 Baked Potato and 14 Sweetcorn with Tuna. Combine them to make 14 Tuna Potato. Store the 14 Tuna Potato and 14 Bowls that resulted into your bank. Repeat the process until you have converted all of it into Tuna Potato.
Hourly Experience
It's possible to produce 405 Tuna Potato per hour. You gain 40 experience for each Baked Potato that you use with a Pat of Butter, and you also gain 10 experience for each Tuna Potato produced. So that's essentially 50 experience per Tuna Potato.
Since you can make 405 Tuna Potato per hour, the hourly experience is...
405 Tuna Potato/Hour x 50 Xp/Tuna Potato = 20,250 xp/hour
That's 20,250 xp per hour from preparing something! But that's not all. You also make some profit from preparing tuna potato.
